Ring Sizing Guidance
Please bear in mind, your ring size slightly fluctuates during the day due to temperature and hydration. I would advise taking multiple measurements throughout the day to help calculate your ideal ring size. Also ensure you are measuring the finger you want to wear the ring on as each finger is a different size.Options include:
WITH THE 'RING SIZER' APP
This is free and downloadable on most smartphones. Simply find a ring you already wear on the intended finger, measure it up carefully by placing the ring on your screen aligned with the gauge. Slide the bar across until the circle is exactly the same size as the ring, and you can only just see the line of the gauge. This will generate a ring size. Please note, this is a guide and not 100% accurate,
WITH A RING SIZER GAUGE
These are available to buy on my website here, and are free postage and packaging when bought alone. This item would be good to purchase if you are planning on buying other rings online in the future, but please bear in mind these are a guide and not 100% accurate. Please take the measurement of the widest part of your finger, either the knuckle or base.
LIVE LOCAL?
If you are near to LE9 in Leicester, we can always arrange a time when I can measure your ring size in person. Just contact me here to arrange a meeting.
WITH A PIECE OF STRING
Wrap a piece of string or dental floss around the widest part of your finger (either the knuckle or the base) making sure it's not stretched tight. Mark the string and then record the length of the string. If you send me this circumference measurement I can then calculate your estimated ring size. Please bear in mind this method is not 100%, so I would recommend repeating this a few times to get a good reading.
