Returns Policy

Please get in touch if you wish to return any items before sending back in the post. This way we can discuss the reasons for returning. All returned jewellery must be sent back unworn and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, I DON'T accept returns of any earrings or jewellery where piercings are required.

For other jewellery such as rings, bracelets and pendants, we accept returns in exchange for a different sized item (i.e. if it doesn't fit), or if you no longer want that item I will reimburse you with a gift voucher that you can put towards something else in my shop.

Bespoke and personalised jewellery are non-refundable, but considering they are designed or personalised under your guidance this shouldn't be necessary. 

As this is a small independent business, I can not offer free returns postage.
